A friend who was with the City Beat during Saturday’s epic night of drinking sent along an interesting link that shows how much food a person would have to eat to equal the amount of calories involved in that kind of drinking.
I also found a link that shows you how many calories you should ingest based on height, weight and weight loss goal.
In all likelihood, I may have drank the equivalent of breakfast and lunch on Saturday, though I think the link is for people with normal metabolisms. Mine belongs to a hyperactive weasel.
